Contact with saliva, tears, sweat, feces or urine

Transmission can only occur when a sufficient amount of HIV enters the bloodstream, through cuts or mucous membranes. These "bodily fluids" either contain no HIV or it
exists in a quantity too small to result in transmission. HIV is not transmitted by saliva. 

Rape/Sexual Assault

Becoming infected with HIV during a sexual assault is very unlikely. If the person that committed the assault does not have the AIDS virus in his body, it is impossible to become infected from him. Even if the rapist is HIV positive, a person is still very unlikely to become infected during a rape.
